Beginning this trade in the
1970's in Colorado, then
relocating to New Mexico in
1985, the two have a full staff of
craftsmen and a core group of
subcontractors available to
them. Mountainous building
sites are a specialty and
solutions to difficult pad sites as
well as excavation of rock for
foundations are not a problem.
Bain and Janet are bringing
their experience and expertise in
both product and customer
service to the next generation,
with their grown children
playing an intregal part in the
business.

Mountain residents and have
